Hello Everyone; it’s Rita Jean, I want to talk to you about the power of perseverance and never giving up.

Many people know me today as a health advocate and an athlete, but what people don't know is how hard I had to work for my health! When I was 19, I was in a near-death car accident. When the Dr.s told me I’d never get back to normal activities, I was devastated. The whole world felt like it was closing in on me, and I felt like my wings were clipped before I got a chance to use them. I had big dreams. Athletics and movement were how I navigated challenges and were where I felt most alive.

“Who are you to decide the trajectory of my life,” I thought?" With tears in my eyes, I made a commitment to myself. I wasn’t going to be a statistic. I was going to find a solution.

Even though it took me twelve years to find a solution to get out of chronic pain, I never gave up, and even though it took me fifteen years to find solutions to finally recognize myself in the mirror and come home to myself, I kept trying.

What I learned is when we don’t give up on ourselves and on our dreams, and we stay open to solutions, we can make anything happen.

I also learned our bodies are incredible, and they’re meant to regenerate if we provide them with the right internal conditions. I learned when we have enough alkaline minerals in our bodies through nutrient-dense foods; our bodies can repair themselves. I learned when we clean up our lymphatic system and support our kidney and adrenal gland health with herbs and nutrition, our bodies can create a healthy inflammatory response and eliminate the root cause of pain from our tissues.

I learned when we support our nervous system, our bodies can bounce back from stress and trauma, and when we flood our bodies with nutrient-dense foods that are regeneratively grown, we can release physical and emotional trauma that gets stored at the cellular level, passed down generationally. These are a few of the many reasons why I’m so passionate about making nutrient-dense foods and the simple educational principles of regeneration accessible to everyone.

Let's not let our circumstances define us or hold us, hostage to our past. Let's work together and find solutions because what I know is everyone is special and everyone has a purpose. You were given your unique set of challenges because there's a gift waiting for you on the other side of them. Remember, pressure is what makes diamonds. So don't give up. Let's come out of our greatest challenges empowered with the tools and wisdom to live our best lives and help others to do the same.

Thank you for listening, and as always, I believe in you.

xoxo,

Rita
